EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
JP 2072 - BattleSpace Communications-Land will be without doubt one of the most technically challenging projects ever undertaken within Defence Industry. The project will see the integration and unprecedented inter-operability of multiple Australian strategic communications nets, data transmission conduits and air/land and sea circuits to create a true Battlespace Communications ability for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Applications are now being sought for the exciting and challenging Engineering opportunities that this project will offer

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in applying for these positions, you will posses the following key skills and qualifications:

• You will be a Tertiary Qualified Engineer with experience within a defence Project Management and/or Systems Integration environment. This will have involved experience on Defence specific communication or combat system projects
• You will have significant experience in the management of Communications Engineering processes within a Defence Industry environment. Whilst you will have worked within a larger team of engineers, you will also have previous responsibility for the delivery of sub-items within larger ongoing projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your roles and responsibilities will be focused on providing professional advice and services within a Project framework to Senior Management. Based on your particular Engineering discipline, you will be engaged within either the project management, design, integration or production areas associated with the project
